How It Works

Our transparent, step-by-step process ensures qualified families receive the repairs they need with integrity and care.

The 8-Step Process

From initial application through final inspection, we follow a rigorous process to ensure quality repairs for those who need them most.

1

Application & Intake

Submit an application with income documentation, proof of homeownership, and a detailed description of the repairs needed.

2

Eligibility Review

We verify income against HUD AMI limits for the Boise-Nampa MSA, confirm veteran status via DD-214 or VA documents, and verify any disabilities claimed.

3

Site Assessment

Our team visits your home to assess the scope of work, photograph conditions, identify required trades, and develop a detailed repair estimate.

4

Board Approval

The Board reviews all projects based on available funding, severity of issues, and feasibility. We prioritize health/safety concerns, veterans, and seniors.

5

Materials Procurement

We source materials through our wholesale accounts, corporate donations from Home Depot and Lowe's, and grant-funded gift cards to minimize costs.

6

Professional Installation

Patriot Remodel LLC performs the work, coordinating licensed subcontractors as needed, with full documentation of all labor and materials.

7

Quality Inspection

A Board member or volunteer conducts a detailed inspection, the homeowner signs the completion form, and before/after photos are documented.

8

90-Day Follow-Up

We check in with homeowners to verify workmanship quality and satisfaction. Feedback is documented to continuously improve our process.
