Process

Understand our application process and timeline for getting your home remodeled.

You can apply online through our website or fill out a paper application if you prefer. Both options are available to ensure everyone can access our services regardless of technology access.

We prioritize projects based on health and safety hazards first. Veterans, seniors age 62 and older, and individuals with disabilities also receive priority consideration to ensure the most vulnerable community members receive help quickly.

After you submit your application, our team will review it for completeness. If you're a potential fit, we'll schedule a site visit to assess your home and specific needs. Your project is then presented to our Board of Directors for approval. If approved, we work with you to schedule the project.

Project availability depends on our current funding and the volume of applications we receive. Some projects may have a waiting period before we can begin work. We encourage you to apply regardless, and our team will keep you informed about timelines.
