Families earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) qualify for assistance with home repairs.
All veterans are welcome to apply for home remodeling assistance regardless of income level.
Homeowners age 62 and older qualify for priority assistance with aging-in-place modifications.
Individuals with disabilities qualify for accessibility modifications and safety improvements.
